Shipping & Delivery
Once your order is processed (which can be very fast), we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address. Please make sure your address is completely correct before placing your order. If you submitted your address incorrectly please contact us ASAP. You should also still be able to update your address on the USPS website!
If your package returns to us due to an incorrect address, it will be cancelled and refunded. We will notify you if this happens!

Yay, you are so close to receiving your brows! Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to follow your package’s journey to you.
If you do not receive your order in 10 business days, please email our Customer Connection team with your order number so that we may assist you further!
